PROPERTY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Lease Length

Typically 2–3 years, with renewal options — long enough to justify our investment in furnishing and setup, short enough to keep you in control.

Fixed Monthly Payment

A set amount, agreed before signing and paid on the same date every month — independent of how the property performs.

Maintenance & Repairs

Casa Libre covers day-to-day maintenance and coordinates larger repairs, keeping you informed at every step.

Permitted Use of Property

The property is used for corporate and extended-stay housing under our management, in compliance with local ordinances and your building's requirements.

Communication

One dedicated point of contact for the life of the lease — no call centers, no rotating property managers.
